Network with all of our associates, including other area Brokers regarding any pending and/or exclusive listings.

Monitor the Multiple Listing Service daily for new listings.

Research all local area sales to best negotiate any Offer to Purchase we may arrange.

Work with us exclusively in the viewing of homes.

In visiting Open Houses on your own, you need only mention that you are working with us and that the listing agent should contact us for any comments or remarks regarding that Open House.

Should you consider new construction, our services will be used to find the area and builder best suited to your personal and financial requirements.

Any inquiries you may have arising from your personal travels, advertisements, or signs should be directed to us as soon as possible. We will research these for you with both the listing agents and through the MLS. All background data will be immediately transmitted to you for review.

A remarkable amount of daily research and preparation is done by us in order to help you to achieve your goal. In the event that:

1. You are no longer interested in pursuing this purchase, or
2. You are dissatisfied with our service for whatever reason, we simply ask that you promptly advise us.
