members of the Montreal Real Estate Board, only our clients
are permitted to access confidential MLS (Multiple Listing
Service) related information. Thusly, to make use of this
valuable service, you must be our client. This requires
the voluntary provision of general contact information
including your name, phone number and mailing address
or email address. Only by consenting to retain us, the
Remax Team, as your Buyer's Agents are we permitted
to provide you with confidential MLS information.
Utilization
of Personal Information
The
Remax Team may use any or all personal information
collected via this website to establish contact and correspond
with the issuers of that information regarding various
Real Estate inquiries or matters. Persons who supply us
with their telephone numbers may receive telephone contact
from the
Remax Team regarding the business at hand. Your
individual information such as email addresses, name,
phone number and the like is never sold or shared with
other organizations.
Disclosure
in Business Transfers
At
any time when the
Remax Team or a member of the
Remax Team is absent due to unforeseeable reasons,
an additional Licensed Agent may be required to assist
the
Remax Team regarding client related communications
or transactions. This Licensed Agent is understood to
be as one and the same with the
Remax Team for all purposes pursuant to the protection
of privacy relative to both the client's personal information
and his or her Buyer's Agency Agreement. |
