and determining the true worth of a property is not an exact
science, but we pride ourselves in the accuracy of our estimates.
The Remax Team
will offer an accurate picture of what your property will

the sale. Here is a general idea as to the steps the Remax
Team takes when we do your home appraisal.
During
our walk through, we’ll note the interior and exterior
condition; the square footage and the layout (or floor plan)
of your home. Next, we’ll gather statistical data
that compares your property to other properties in the area
with similar features; properties that are currently on
the market; and those that have recently sold. Finally,
we’ll determine a fair market listing price and the
expected selling range. These carefully calculated figures
will provide the maximized price at which to sell within
a reasonable time.
It
has never been the Remax Team’s
practice to highball an appraisal just to get a listing.
Our appraisals are based on our long-time experience in
the real estate industry, and the current market trends
